We are calling back our leaders: NCB

Following a few political developments, Andhra Pradesh chief minister, Chandra Babu declared that TDP is quitting NDA alliance.

Naidu stated that the lack of financial support from the centre is the main reason for this decision. He added that the central government did not keep up their promise of allocating special category status to Andhra Pradesh.

In a recent meeting, Jaitley stated that the centre is already giving enough support to the state and there is no need for SCS. This decision seems to have angered the TDP hierarchy, provoking them to take this strong step against NDA.

Naidu said that Andhra Pradesh is running on a deficit budget. He added that there is no use of staying in the alliance when there is no support from the side. We will be calling back our leaders who are serving as central ministers, said Andhra Pradesh chief minister.

It is heard that Ashok Gajapathi Raju and YS Chowdary will be resigning to their central minister’s post by the end of the day. This shows that TDP is in no mood to hold back the fight for special category status for Andhra Pradesh.
