During the 2014 elections, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was shown in the bad light by quite a few media channels. Their repeated telecasts on Jagan’s CBI cases built a negative impression on him, which eventually proved to be the game changer for TDP.
Sakshi was the only channel that stood by Jagan but their efforts went in vain.
Well, it looks like Pawan Kalyan is learning a lesson or two from these political strategies. Apparently, he has decided to extract the best possible results from media and other digital platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
Pawan’s close aides recently bought 99TV and the channel has been telecasting shows that elevate Janasena’s ideologies and Pawan’s leadership.
The latest we hear is that an NRI, who is an ardent follower of Pawan Kalyan is making huge investments to establish a political news channel in Andhra Pradesh. Named Prime9, this channel is Janasena-centric and will be airing special episodes to highlight the party.
It is already known that Mutha Gopalakrishna, who has direct links with Andhraprabha, recently joined Janasena and that will add more firepower their arsenal.
Will media support yield positive results for Janasena? We will know soon.
