It is already known that Robo 2.0 is gearing up for release on November 29th. The makers have recently released the teaser of the movie but it failed to garner a unanimous response from the viewers.
With just over a month left for the release, the makers should have kickstarted the promotional campaigns. But for some odd reason, the movie unit is staying calm.
Made with a budget of over 500 crores, the movie needs to register earth-shattering openings and that is possible only if the movie rides high on expectations. Surprisingly, the publicity team is having none of it.
The director, Shankar previously got his promotional game plan right and built great expectations on Robot but he is struggling to do the same with 2.0.
With that being said, the movie stars Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar in the main roles. These 2 names are more than enough to pull the audience to the theaters. Well-planned promotions can only help them in the process and the movie unit needs to act accordingly.
