Anyone paying close attention towards Andhra Pradesh can easily grasp that TDP-BJP ties are not in the best phase. The fight for special category status has asserted huge pressure on both these parties.

However, TDP has started the blame game that BJP is responsible for the current situation. They are claiming that center is not releasing any funds to the state and that is pushing the government into a deficit budget.

TDP leader, Galla Jaydev has stated that BJP is failing to keep up with the promises they made in 2014 elections. He added that it has already been 4 years since the state has been bifurcated, but there is no support from BJP.

The young leader revealed the party’s plan of writing letters to other states governments, asking for support on the issue.Other leaders like Thota Narasimham and Rammohan Naidu raised their voice on the issue. They stated that AP chief minister, Nara Chandra Babu Naidu is doing all he can to bring Special category status for the state.

Well, similar proceedings have been going on for a long time with no sustainable results. It would be better if TDP MPs resign to their posts and intensify the fight. Simply speaking about the injustice done and BJP’s betrayal cannot yield any results, opine many.
