All eyes were on Janasena President Pawan Kalyan’s speech at the Janasena Mahasabha plenary on the occasion of the party’s formation day in Guntur this evening. Fans and political circles were curious about Pawan’s stand on the Special Status issue and his alliance with the TDP.

Surprising everyone, Pawan launched a scathing attack on the Chandrababu Naidu-led TDP government, calling it the most corrupted government in the country. Pawan strongly criticized the AP Chief Minister’s son Lokesh’s corruption and said that late NT Ramarao’s soul must be heartbroken with the Nara Scion’s corruption.

Pawan quoted some of the scams and scandals during the TDP government – like the Cash for Vote scandal, Sand mafia issue and the corruption in the land acquisition in the AP capital Amaravati region be and prophesied that 2019 is going to be very tough for the TDP. Pawan went on to predict that the 5 crore people of Andhra Pradesh will elect a new party in the upcoming general elections.

Condemning the caste politics in the state, Pawan said that the TDP has instigated a conflict between the BCs and Kapus and among the SCs. Targeting the Modi sarkar over the Special Status issue, Pawan said that Andhra Pradesh has been subjected to gross injustice over the past 4 years.

Icing on the cake in Pawan’s speech was when he asked the voters to accept the bribes offered by any political party, but vote only for his Janasena Party. Pawan revealed that his party will contest the upcoming local body elections. He also announced that Janasena party’s manifesto will be released on August 14.
