Mahesh’s latest movie Bharath Ane Nenu has turned into a block buster at the box office. The movie is registering some stunning numbers at the ticket counters and is showing no signs of slowing down whatsoever. Just when everything was going right for BAN, the release of Hollywood biggie, Avengers: Infinity War has changed the situation completely.
The Avengers franchise enjoys a huge following and that is greatly helping the movie in multiplexes. The movie has received a great reception from the Indian viewers and had a pretty good run on day 1. The buzz is that this movie may pose a threat to the collections of BAN. The positive word of mouth and great reviews for Avengers will take a toll on BAN’s collections, opine trade pundits.
On the other hand, Allu Arjun’s Naa Peru Surya is gearing up for release on May 4th. Even this movie may face the heat of Avengers as the superheroes flick is destined for a long run in many multiplexes. It would be tough for NPS to do the desired level of business in the initial stages due to high theater occupancy of Avengers.
This way a Hollywood film is troubling the likes of Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun.
