Aam Aadmi Party’s dharna against the IAS officers’ strike on the doorstep delivery scheme of his government reached its 8th day today. In response to petitions filed against these protests, the Delhi High Court blasted the AAP on the validity of their strike.
It is known that the AAP leaders are staging a ‘dharna’ against the IAS officers’ strike in the office of Lieutenant General Anil Baijal. Speaking on this issue, the High Court questioned, “Who authorized you to stage a dharna? And this cant be called a strike. You cant go inside someone’s office or house and hold a strike there.”
Recently the IAS officers responded on this issue and stated that they were not on a strike as claimed by Mr.Kejriwal and that they were being used to meet his ‘political ends’. They also asserted that all the official files are being moved away from their office and that they feel frightened and victimized.
